Trade 1
Short DLTR This was on our watch list we sent before market open.
All indicators suggested a pull back in DLTR.
Entry 42.00 (10.40 Am)
Stop 42.10
Target 1 41.85 1/3 +.15
Target 2 41.75 1/3 +.25
Target 3 41.50 more +.50
Target 4 41.25 more +.75
Target 5 41.00 We were stopped. (1.30 pm)
Target 6 41.70
risk/Return .10/.75 = +750%
This was perfectly executed trade with all trade management techniques in p
place.
I knew the sudden jerks in the moves were efforts by MM/s trying to shake out shorts.
So I gave plenty of room for the stock to play out. By the time we reached 41.25 I I moved my stop to 41.75 ,A no lose trade position. See what happened then! DLTR
jumped up and took all the stops in 41.75 and then continued to our original target of 41
and 41.70 ! I wanted to get back in the trade at 41.60 with just a .10 stop.
We had a great trade with DLTR and also a great week coupled with the fact it was
EOD on Friday we closed and did not pursue any more.
Remember, you are trading with very savvy expert professional traders.
You got to have proper education to handle situations like this.
We still made money off the trade.
